Many radon professionals find it valuable to be certified in the radon field in order to provide assurance to their clients that they are receiving services that are within standards, ethics and protocols that can be relied on.  It has especially become important to have the certification in order to provide services during real estate transactions (which account for approximately 70% of radon testing and mitigation).

Steps for Certification:

At CERTI we provide you with quality training and easy steps to becoming certified and maintaining your certification.

Measurement Provider

• Successfully complete the Measurement Entry Level Course
• Pass the Measurement Certification Exam.
• Complete the Certification Application and return to NEHA NRPP.
  

Mitigation Provider

• Successfully complete the Measurement and Mitigation Entry Level Courses. 
• Take the appropriate Certification Exams.  Since both measurement and mitigation courses are a requirement, you have the option of taking both measurement and mitigation certification exams to get both certifications or taking just the mitigation certification exam to get just the mitigation certification.  
• Complete the Certification Application and return to NEHA NRPP.
