The State of Ohio now requires that all schools be tested for radon. This requirement was included in larger legislation (referred to as Jarod's Law) designed to inspect for and improve safety in schools. The Ohio Department of Health has recently released the administrative code to support this legislation with additional details on how the testing is to be completed.
