MULTI-FAMILY MEASUREMENT
This 4-hour course includes the Workbook (exm) for the AARST/NRPP Advanced Multi-Family Measurement Listing. A prequisite to this course is either of the courses listed below. After completion of either of those courses and this Workbook Course you are eligible to apply for the Advanced Multi-Family Measurement Listing with NRPP. |
This CE Course is approved by NRPP for both Measurement and Mitigation Professionals for 12 CE credits. This course provides you with insight and practical tools for conducting radon surveys in compliance with HUD and the AARST/ANSI protocols. |
This course provides you with all the tools and training you need to conduct surveys as required in the new HUD requirement for the identification and mitigation of radon in FHA Multifamily mortgage applications. There is approximately 16 hours of coursework, including video, publications, and quizzes that are taken as you progress through the course (not timed and may be taken unlimited times). There is no time limit for taking the course, and even after completion you continue to have access to the course in order to refer back to resources. |
